Consume less food more times




From olden days we are consuming food 3 times a day, but we are consuming more food on these times with different verities of items, the food depends on their  tradition, and consuming the junk foods in mean time of the meals, it is not advisable to consume like that, taking more food less times in the day  with stomach full food will increase the weight of the body and increase the size of the belly, now the dietitians are recommending less food more times for the health, due to this the power will not reduce in the body and you will not feel hungry , see that all nutritional items to be added in the food, consuming fish, eggs, beans and dhall is good for the health of he body,  and you does not feel any over weight of the body

Do not negligent in water drinking




Most of the people does not drink the water, they are not including the water as food supplement, they are thinking that it is the media for free flow of food in the mouth, it is true that water does not contain any nutritional value, out of our body 2/3 of body contains water itself, in our brain cell contains 70 to 80 percent of water, so water is must for our body, if 2percent water decreased from our body we have to face dehydration, so consuming of required water is good for health, to digest the food in the body and to supply the nutrients to the body, water will work  on the joints work easily, and water also protect the skin from the wrinkles, water increase the flow of the blood and it will remove the filthy things from the body in  the form  of free motion, when we feel thirsty that is the symbol  that the water contents of the body was decreased, it is the time to drink water, consume daily 2 to 3 liters of water in the winter and 3 to 4 liters of water in the summer

It is not advisable to avoid breakfast



Do you know about “Brunch” due to busy life in the metro cities and cities to reach office in time without any traffic jams, people are busy and feeling tension in the mornings, so they avoid break fast and lunch and mix them at once and eat at a time ,it is not advisable to avoid either breakfast or lunch, both are compulsory and important now a days, if you miss either breakfast or lunch ,you have to face lot of disasters said by the dietitians, we wake up in the morning with empty stomach , so the body will not work without the stamina to get the stamina we have to consume food, due to morning breakfast, the routine work will start in the body and we will get the required energy for the day activities, this is must for children, youngsters and aged people also, due to breakfast we can work actively in the office, there is no deviation of work in the office due to lack of food, so don’t avoid break fast

We listen music for enjoyment, now the music also good for cancer patients.
Experts know that by giving music therapy for cancer patients, they have found that tension, wavering and pain was reduced, their mood also become somewhat good, the rate of  breathing, blood pressure and heart beat there is some good result.

The patients who are undergone this music therapy, they are listening pre recorded music, and practicing several music therapies on piano or work with the music therapists, but could not find that neither musical instruments or music was worked on them, but totally there is better results after taking music therapy by cancer patients.

Cancer is Dangerous but? can be cured




Every body fears if they hear name “Cancer” cancer is dangerous decease, but all cancers are not dangerous for the life, if we change our life habits, then we can be far away from cancer, take these precautions to avoid cancer

By consuming fiber content food more to avoid  attack of  an Entrails cancer, consume more fruits and vegetable food which contains the anti oxidants

Provide enough exercise to the body, that is 20 to 25 minutes walk a day at least four days a week

Control your weight, reduce the your over weight to avoid cancer

Consume more protein and less fat content food, fish and white in the egg will contain more proteins

The green tea contains more antioxidants which protect the skin from skin cancer due to ultra violet race from the sun rays

Avoid fried non vegetarian food, consume the food baked/cooked food instead of fried chicken

Breast cancer in the cities due to the late marriages and due to non feeding of breast milk to the babies

Avoid more work on sitting stage and by eating fatty food will lead to the cancer, avoid both to protect from protest ate cancer

Pollution mainly , smoke pollution from the motor vehicles contains the carbon monoxide will lead to the lungs cancer

Mosquitoes come along with rains, mosquitoes are the main reason for different deceases
Can avoid mosquitoes with small house hold tips, some plants are naturally mosquito repellents

Lemon grass, Citronella, marigold, rosemary plants keep away mosquitoes, these plants emits anti repellent fragrances ,mosquitoes does not like these fragrances, so we can plant them in small pots or in the earth

It is better to keep lemon grass branches, by rubbing these lemon grass branches in palms and by rubbing with other hand  liquid will come out  ,if apply the liquid for body it will keep away mosquitoes from us

Mosquito creams are not dangerous, citronella candles are available in the super markets, by litting  or some citronella essential oil, available in aroma oil shops ,by using this also may keep away mosquitoes from us
