Sun stroke in summer, cold in rainy season, just like that
every season have their own problem, now it is winter skin and lips may be
dried due to severe cold
Drink water occasionally to protect your skin and lips from
dryness, consume green tea instead of regular tea in this season for best
results
Hot water for bath may increase the dryness of skin
more, so use luke warm water for bathing
, if you add four drops of alive oil in bath tube may be more useful for dry
skin
After bathing before wiping the body thoroughly, apply
moisturizer for the skin for best results
Apply oil for entire body at least once in week with oil
before bath will protect your skin from dryness said by Ayurvedam
Consume all seasonal fruits in this season like Guava,
amla are having easily dissolve fiber in
the blood, it will control , cholesterol and blood pressure, there are lot of
good qualities in amla for hairs and skin
