Cancer is Dangerous but? can be cured




Every body fears if they hear name “Cancer” cancer is dangerous decease, but all cancers are not dangerous for the life, if we change our life habits, then we can be far away from cancer, take these precautions to avoid cancer

By consuming fiber content food more to avoid  attack of  an Entrails cancer, consume more fruits and vegetable food which contains the anti oxidants

Provide enough exercise to the body, that is 20 to 25 minutes walk a day at least four days a week

Control your weight, reduce the your over weight to avoid cancer

Consume more protein and less fat content food, fish and white in the egg will contain more proteins

The green tea contains more antioxidants which protect the skin from skin cancer due to ultra violet race from the sun rays

Avoid fried non vegetarian food, consume the food baked/cooked food instead of fried chicken

Breast cancer in the cities due to the late marriages and due to non feeding of breast milk to the babies

Avoid more work on sitting stage and by eating fatty food will lead to the cancer, avoid both to protect from protest ate cancer

Pollution mainly , smoke pollution from the motor vehicles contains the carbon monoxide will lead to the lungs cancer

In India more people are effecting cancer not from smoking,  but by chewing tobacco are getting cancer, news released by health experts

Excess drinking also can lead to cancer, so avoid excess drinking of liquor

Avoid stress and lead life peaceful life , you will be far away to cancer

Don’t fear about cancer, try available cure for the cancer and be brave about your life
