Be healthy with chocolates




Chocolates are having delicious taste to consume and chocolates also helps to release the natural  Endorphins to remove the pains from the body, by that body will be mentally active. Chocolates are having plenty of  Flavonoids , and they increase the strength of Good cholesterol in the body said by recent analysis, but consuming more chocolates are not good for the body, it may increase the weight of the body, due to that cannot find remedy for weight loss and may spots may cause on the body also, so avoid eating  too much chocolates

Despair and disappointment are also the major health problem after heart problem ,  consuming more calorie food may be cause for  despair and disappointment, these can be avoid with consuming less calorie
