Do you know about “Brunch”
due to busy life in the metro cities and cities to reach office in time without
any traffic jams, people are busy and feeling tension in the mornings, so they
avoid break fast and lunch and mix them at once and eat at a time ,it is not
advisable to avoid either breakfast or lunch, both are compulsory and important
now a days, if you miss either breakfast or lunch ,you have to face lot of
disasters said by the dietitians, we wake up in the morning with empty stomach ,
so the body will not work without the stamina to get the stamina we have to
consume food, due to morning breakfast, the routine work will start in the body
and we will get the required energy for the day activities, this is must for
children, youngsters and aged people also, due to breakfast we can work
actively in the office, there is no deviation of work in the office due to lack
of food, so don’t avoid break fast
