From olden days we are
consuming food 3 times a day, but we are consuming more food on these times
with different verities of items, the food depends on their tradition, and consuming the junk foods in
mean time of the meals, it is not advisable to consume like that, taking more
food less times in the day with stomach
full food will increase the weight of the body and increase the size of the
belly, now the dietitians are recommending less food more times for the health,
due to this the power will not reduce in the body and you will not feel hungry
, see that all nutritional items to be added in the food, consuming fish, eggs,

Do not negligent in water drinking
Most of the people does not
drink the water, they are not including the water as food supplement, they are
thinking that it is the media for free flow of food in the mouth, it is true
that water does not contain any nutritional value, out of our body 2/3 of body
contains water itself, in our brain cell contains 70 to 80 percent of water, so
water is must for our body, if 2percent water decreased from our body we have
to face dehydration, so consuming of required water is good for health, to
digest the food in the body and to supply the nutrients to the body, water will
work on the joints work easily, and
water also protect the skin from the wrinkles, water increase the flow of the
blood and it will remove the filthy things from the body in the form
of free motion, when we feel thirsty that is the symbol that the water contents of the body was
decreased, it is the time to drink water, consume daily 2 to 3 liters of water
in the winter and 3 to 4 liters of water in the summer
It is not advisable to avoid breakfast

any traffic jams, people are busy and feeling tension in the mornings, so they
avoid break fast and lunch and mix them at once and eat at a time ,it is not
advisable to avoid either breakfast or lunch, both are compulsory and important
now a days, if you miss either breakfast or lunch ,you have to face lot of
disasters said by the dietitians, we wake up in the morning with empty stomach ,
so the body will not work without the stamina to get the stamina we have to
consume food, due to morning breakfast, the routine work will start in the body
and we will get the required energy for the day activities, this is must for
children, youngsters and aged people also, due to breakfast we can work
actively in the office, there is no deviation of work in the office due to lack
